CUTANEOUS HYPERSENSITIVITY TO LANOLIN - INVESTIGATION OF ONE CASE

[摘要] The source of the hypersensitivity is a yellow glassy solid having [[alpha]]D = +25.0[degree][image]. After acetylation the product can no longer cause a cutaneous reaction. Since this investigation was confined to 1 patient it is not possible to state whether the factor is likely to be the same in other similar cases of lanolin hypersensitivity.
