OBSERVATIONS ON THE REACTIONS OF THE LARVAE OF ANCYLOSTOMA-CANIUM AND ANCYLOSTOMA-BRAZILIENSE TO VARIOUS DRUGS AND CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS BASED ON INVITRO TESTS

[摘要] Acetone, ethyl acetate, ethyl formate, pyridine, and 95% ethyl alochol had complete larvicidal action in an exposure of 5 min. or less; saturated aqueous NH4CI, (NH4)2SO4, NaCl, and sucrose, had complete larvicidal action in 30 min.; hexylresorcinol (.06% aqueous soln.), in 90 min. or less; 2% aq. stibanose, in 3 hrs.; Terramycin, aureomycin, pyribenzamine, urea, hyaluronidase, pregnenolone, and vinegar, had incomplete action in 3 hrs.
