EFFECT OF THALLIUM ON SULFHYDRYL COMPOUNDS INVITRO

[摘要] The action of thallium acetate against enzyme systems containing sulfhydryl groups, glutathione and dehydrogenases was investigated. Thallium acetate was ineffective in concns. of 0.001 to 0.01 [image] Only in higher concns. was slight inhibition of the sulfhydryl groups including succinic dehydrogenase observed.
