DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC ACID IN EPIDERMIS

[摘要] The DNA content of normal human epidermal and horny layers was quantitated by a fluorometric method and compared with abnormal epidermal tissues. Average values of 1. 5% by weight were found in normal and psoriatic basal and spinous layers. Psoriatic scales contained 0. 55% in contrase to 0. 1% in normal horny layers.
