HYPERSENSITIVITY TO EPOXY RESINS WITH REFERENCE TO THE ROLE PLAYED BY BISPHENOL-A

[摘要] Twenty-one patients hypersensitive to uncured epoxy resin were tested with bisphenol A. Eight patients with occupational exposure to epoxy resins showed no allergy to bisphenol A. Of 13 patients with no occupational exposure to epoxy resin, seven proved to be allergic to bisphenol A. Six of these patients were also allergic to other substances belonging to the stilbestrol-group.
