A STUDY OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF PENICILLIN IN BLISTER FLUID AFTER PARENTERAL AND TOPICAL APPLICATION

[摘要] Penicillin is found in contents of spontaneous and artificial blisters of the skin, for 1, 2 and 3 hrs., resp., after admn. of varying doses by intraven., intra-musc. and subcut. injns. It appears in artificial blisters in 20 min. after admn. of the substance, in 5 min. after injn. in spontaneous blisters.
