VIRUS STUDIES ON CUTANEOUS MATERIAL - INOCULATION OF THE CHICK CHORIO-ALLANTOIC MEMBRANE WITH MATERIAL FROM CUTANEOUS LESIONS

[摘要] Various biopsy material from skin was finely ground and inoculated on the chorio-allantoic membrane of 7- to 14-day-old chick embryos. In no case did growth occur, even in cases where the virus origin of the lesion seemed to be certain (Molluscum contagiosum and verruca vulgaris).
