ENZYME-HISTOCHEMICAL STUDIES ON HEALING PROCESS OF SPLIT SKIN GRAFTS .3. OXIDATIVE AND HYDROLYTIC ENZYMES IN HOMOGRAFTS
[摘要] The processes of healing and rejection of homologous split pig skin grafts were investigated enzyme-histochemically. The activities of DPN-diaphorase, succtnic dehydrogenase, aminopeptidase, 5-nucleotidase, ATPase, acid and alkaline phosphatase were demonstrated within the grafted tissue. Enzyme-histochemical changes during the healing process of homologous grafts were identical with those observed in aitotransplants. Homograft rejection was preceded and accompanied by typical enzyme-histochemical findings offering insight into the changes of tissue metabolism. Characteristic of this process were a sudden decrease of diaphorase-, succinic dehydrogenase-, aminopeptidase-, 5[image]-nucleotidase- and some of the ATPase-activities and an increase of acid and alkaline phosphatase reactions within the grafts.
