HAIR PLUCKING AS A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL

[摘要] The normal scalp has no dystrophic (dysplastic) hair roots. The act of plucking a normal anagen hair frequently distorts its fragile root. These artifacts should not be confused with the anagen hair root distortions due to a variety of therapeutic agents or pathological disorders.
