PIGMENT CHANGES INDUCED IN HAIRLESS MICE BY DIMETHYLBENZANTHRACENE
[摘要] Two pigmentary phenomena have been induced in hairless mice by the topical application of dimethylbenzanthracene (DMBA). The development of a generalized pigmentation appears within a week after the initial application and then gradually fades. The production of discrete pigmented nodules arise later and persist. Both are probably related to percutaneous absorption of the carcinogen.
