EPIDERMAL SEPARATION WITH PURIFIED TRYPSIN

[摘要] The epidermal-separating action of crystalline trypsin and purified trypsin was investigated on the ear of guinea pigs with the control of pancreatin. The result indicated that purified trypsin separated epidermis more efficiently.
