HISTOPATHOLOGY OF EXPERIMENTAL ECZEMA (ALLERGIC CONTACT-TYPE ECZEMATOUS DERMATITIS) IN MAN - A STUDY BY THE TECHNICS OF SILVER IMPREGNATIONS OF RIO HORTEGA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE EARLY MICROSCOPICIC LESIONS

[摘要] The histological pictures of exptl. allergic dermatitis in man produced by sensitization of paraphenylenedi-amine or 2-4 dinitrochlorbenzene showed that the vesiculette primordiale of Civatte is the earliest microscopic lesion, followed by spongiosis. The dermatitic vesicle is formed by the confluence of vesiculettes primordiales. The dermal inflammatory process appears later and is probably secondary to the epidermal phenomena.
