ADRENOCORTICAL DYSFUNCTION IN THE EARLY STAGE OF PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS
[摘要] Adrenocortical function was examined by different tests in 13 patients with pemphigus and in 14 patients suffering from other skin disorders. All pemphigus patients were in the initial stage of the disease; diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination. Non-pemphigus patients showed normal results in all tests. The results in pemphigus patients as a group are suggestive of the existence of adrenocortical dysfunction.
