THE LEISHMANIA TEST IN EXPERIMENTAL LEISHMANIASIS (ORIENTAL SORE) IN HUMAN SUBJECTS

[摘要] Leishmania lesions were produced experimentally in 6 human volunteers. The first indication of skin sensitivity was observed in leishmania skin tests performed 72 hrs. after inoculation. The older the lesion the more marked were the skin reactions, which remained positive during the follow-up period of 3 yrs.
