A NEW TECHNIQUE FOR PERFORMING QUANTITATIVE CONTACT (PATCH) SKIN TESTS

[摘要] A technique is described for performing quantitative contact skin tests by using metal rings attached to the skin of animals. Known amts. of solns. can easily be applied. This technique is designed for testing those sensitizing compounds that are soluble in volatile solvents. The author believes that his technique should be useful in the study of cross sensitivity of chemically related compounds.
