Elliptic curves with complex multiplication and a character sum

[摘要] Let f(x) is an element of Q[X] be a cubic such that y(2) = f(x) is an elliptic curve with complex multiplication by Q(root - 19), Q(root -43), Q(root -67) or Q(root -163). We want to calculate the character sum [GRAPHICS] where (./p) is the Legendre symbol. We show that it is enough to calculate the sum for a finite number of primes and this has been done.
