PRIME POWER DIVISORS OF MULTINOMIAL COEFFICIENTS AND ARTINS CONJECTURE

[摘要] It is known that except for finitely many n, the ''middle'' binomial coefficient (n(2n)) is never squarefree. The corresponding problem for q-binomial and, more general, q-multinomial coefficients is much more complicated. We show how Artin's conjecture implies the respective results.
