HOPFNICITY OF NEGATIVELY CURVED POLYGONAL AMALGAMS OF FINITE-GROUPS

[摘要] Polygonal amalgams of groups are the 2-dimensional analogues of free products with amalgamation. In a previous paper the automorphism structure of certain negatively curved polygonal amalgams was studied. Here we extend the tools of that paper to study endomorphisms of negatively curved polygonal amalgams of finite groups. In particular we show such groups are Hopfian.
