Muscarinic regulation of the L-type calcium current in isolated cardiac myocytes

[摘要] Muscarinic agonists regulate the L-type calcium current in isolated cardiac myocytes. The second messengers pathways involved in this regulation are discussed briefly, with particular emphasis on the involvement of cAMP and cGMP pathways.
