A young boy with a large hemifacial plaque with histopathologic features of trichoepithelioma

[摘要] Trichoepitheliomas commonly appear as sporadic solitary lesions or, more rarely, as multiple lesions that are often dominantly inherited. We describe an 8-year-old boy with multiple facial papules that coalesced into a large plaque. This presentation of multiple trichoepitheliomas may represent an unusual type of nevus.
