Editorial Commentary: How Do We Best Train Arthroscopic Skills Today? Are Simulators the Solution in the Future?

[摘要] A 4-day standardized simulator training program improves arthroscopic skills significantly. This is good for attending surgeons, trainees, and most of all patients who no longer need to serve as practice subjects for first time arthroscopists.
