Arthroscopic Latarjet Shoulder Stabilization: Where Are We? Where Are We Going?

[摘要] Arthroscopic Latarjet procedure has shown satisfactory clinical outcomes in the treatment of anteroinferior shoulder instability. Although as of today there is no proven advantage of the arthroscopic procedure over an open one, it is too early to give up. At the same time, crucial to understand the causes of failure, to find the solutions to every single difficulty to simplify this surgery and to make it as accessible as possible.
