[摘要] Patient-reported outcome measures are considered the gold standard metrics of symptomatic state. However, with a multitude of patient-reported outcome measures and statistical analyses, it can be easy to lose sight of the primary goal of surgery: a happy patient who is satisfied with his or her condition. In this editorial commentary, we briefly review the metrics of hip arthroscopy (and aviation).
