PULMONARY VENOUS OBSTRUCTION AND ATRIOVENTRICULAR-CANAL ANOMALIES - ROLE OF COR-TRIATRIATUM AND DOUBLE OUTLET RIGHT ATRIUM

[摘要] Two-dimensional echocardiographic findings and surgical repair in three infants with atrioventricular (AV) canal and pulmonary venous obstruction are described. The AV canal was complicated by cor triatriatum in two patients and by double outlet right atrium in the other. In patients with AV canal, anatomic obstruction of pulmonary venous return should be excluded by detailed cardiac ultrasound examination.
