Asymmetric syntheses of fagomine and its stereoisomers

[摘要] D-Fagomine (1,2,5-trideoxy-1,5-imino-d-arabino-hexitol), a naturally occurring polyhydroxylated piperidine (iminosugar), and its stereoisomers display important biological activities such as glycosidase inhibition.
