DEHYDROLYSINE CONTAINING ANALOGS OF TUFTSIN - SYNTHESIS AND BIOACTIVITY

[摘要] Two analogues of tuftsin containing alpha,beta-dehydrolysine, Thr-Delta Lys-Pro-Arg (1) and Leu-Delta Lys-Pro-Arg (2) have been synthesised. Presence of Delta Lys moiety has been confirmed by H-1 NMR and aminoacid analysis. Analogue (1) and (2) have been checked for their phagocytic activity.
