SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF NEW ARACHIDONIC-ACID ANALOGS

[摘要] New arachidonic acid analogs selectively modified at the C-10 position have been prepared. Several of them are potent and selective leukotriene biosynthesis inhibitors and preliminary structure-activity relationships in these series are described.
