TOTAL SYNTHESIS OF (+/-)-ALLOSAMIZOLINE FROM A SYMMETRICAL TRISUBSTITUTED CYCLOPENTENE

[摘要] A convergent synthesis of the aminocyclitol allosamizoline 1, which is found in a class of pseudotrisaccharide chitinase inhibitors known as the allosamidins, is reported.
