Mannich-type reactions in a colloidal solution formed by sodium tetrakis(3,5-trifluoromethylphenyl)borate as a catalyst in water

[摘要] Sodium tetrakis(3,5-trifluoromethylphenyl) borate [NaBAr4F] efficiently catalyzed the one-pot, three-component Mannich reaction of ketones with aromatic aldehydes and different anilines in water at an ambient temperature and afforded the corresponding beta-amino carbonyl compounds in good to excellent yields.
