Glycosyl donors with phosphorimidate leaving groups for either alpha- or beta-glycosidation

[摘要] Glycosyl N-phenyl diethyl phosphorimidates, readily prepared via the Staudinger reaction of glycosyl diethyl phosphites with phenyl azide, served as efficient glycosyl donors for the formation of either 1,2-cis or 1,2-trans glycosidic bonds under selected reaction conditions.
