3,4-DIDEHYDRO-BETA,BETA-CAROTEN-2-ONE, A NEW CAROTENOID FROM THE EGGS OF THE STICK INSECT ANISOMORPHA-BUPRESTOIDES

[摘要] An investigation into the deep-red pigmentation of eggs of the stick insect Anisomorpha buprestoides revealed the presence of a new carotenoid, 3,4-didehydro-beta,beta-caroten-2-one, and four minor pigment components.
