[摘要] The U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) is aFederal program that coordinates and integrates globalchange research across 13 government agencies to ensurethat it most effectively and efficiently serves the Nation andthe world. USGCRP was mandated by Congress in the GlobalChange Research Act of 1990, and has since made the world’slargest scientific investment in the areas of climate scienceand global change research.
