Quantum Footprints of Symplectic Rigidity

[摘要] In this note, we discuss an interaction between symplectictopology and quantum mechanics. The interaction goes inboth directions. On one hand, ideas from quantum mechanicsgive rise to new notions and structures on the symplectic sideand, furthermore, quantum mechanical insights lead to useful symplectic predictions when topological intuition fails. Onthe other hand, some phenomena discovered within symplectic topology admit a meaningful translation into the languageof quantum mechanics, thus revealing quantum footprints ofsymplectic rigidity.
