Selected Advances in Quantum Shannon Theory

[摘要] The last few years have witnessed various significant advances in quantum Shannon theory. In this article, we brieflyreview the salient features of three of them: a counterexampleto the additivity conjecture, superactivation of the quantumcapacity of a channel and one-shot quantum information theory. The first two pertain to information-transmitting properties of quantum channels whilst the third applies to a plethoraof information-processing tasks, over and above informationtransmission.
