Club de Mathématiques Discrètes Lyon Discrete Math Circle

[摘要] In 2002, Laurent Demonet, Jean-Christophe Novelli andDimitri Zvonkine suggested that it would be nice to havethe International (Russian) Tournament of Towns organised not only in Paris (and all the Russian and the manyCanadian, German and Australian towns) but also inLyon. One of the first participants in Lyon was BenjaminScellier, a high school student living near Grenoble. Hethought that we should not only have two very beautiful mathematics competitions every year but also regularmathematical club meetings – and the “Club de mathématiques discrètes”.
