[摘要] The Basque Center forApplied Mathematics(BCAM) is a worldclass research centrein the field of appliedmathematics, locatedin Bilbao (Spain). Its main goal is promoting scientificand technological advances worldwide through interdisciplinary research in mathematics and training andattracting talented scientists.Embedded in a multicultural environment, with morethan 90 people from over 25 nationalities working there,BCAM is a young centre that provides the right atmosphere for research and promotes the creation of hardworking international and interdisciplinary teams.
