Annular prurigo pigmentosa with sensory dysthesia with ketogenic diet: a case report

[摘要] Prurigo Pigmentosa is a rare inflammatory dermatosis, first described in Japan in 1971. It has been recently reported to occur in patients on restrictive diets. In severe nutritional deficiencies, neuropathies have been reported. This report describes a rare case of both prurigo pigmentosa with sensory dysesthesia while following a ketogenic diet.
