Follicular-unit extraction hair transplantation for lymphocytic cicatricial alopecia

[摘要] Treatment of cicatricial alopecia resulting from lymphocytic inflammatory diseases, namely lichen planopilaris, frontal fibrosing alopecia, and central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia is challenging. Here, follicular-unit extraction hair transplantation was successfully performed for four cases of chronic lymphocytic inflammatory diseases after quiescence of the diseases.
