Polychromatic metasurfaces for complete control of phase and polarization in the mid-infrared

[摘要] Multifunctional metasurfaces based on wavelength-decoupled supercells are experimentally demonstrated, enabling new regimes of optical control for arbitrary orthogonal polarizations at different wavelengths.
