Optimal Scheduling Techniques for Charging theBatteries of Electric Vehicles under Time-Of-UsePricing Using Binary Integer Programming
[摘要] This paper presents new optimal scheduling technique for charging the batteries of Electrical Vehicles (EVs) where the electric supply companies offer differential pricing depending on the Time-of-Use (TOU). The optimal schedule minimizes the total chargingcost of the battery of a specific EV. At the charging station, the arrival and departure time of the EV is taken into consideration along with the required charging power sequence.
