Uncertainties in Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Buildings Energy Efficiency Measures
[摘要] Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis in the field of building renovation isconsidered an important decision support of the design process inorder to compare the eوٴectLveness of dLوٴerent energy eٹcLencymeasures (EEMs). Нe importance of using LCC analysis in the field ofbuildings and building renovation has been introduced at regulatorylevel in dLوٴerent countries. LCC methodologies related to energyeٹcLency measures have been introduced in Europe by Directive2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings [1]. Нe Directiveestablished that Member States shall calculate “cost-optimal levels” ofminimum energy performance requirements using a comparativemethodology framework according to the consequent CommissionDelegated Regulation and its Guidelines [2,3] based on EN 15459:2007[4].
