Measurement the Amount of Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol), Vitamin D3(Cholecalciferol) and Absorbable Calcium (Ca2+), Iron (II) (Fe2+),Magnesium (Mg2+), Phosphate (PO4–) and Zinc (Zn2+) in Apricot UsingHigh-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and SpectroscopicTechniques
[摘要] According to the importance of Apricots in families’ nutritionbasket, food chain and also its increased greenhouse, measure three ofthe nutrient and biochemical factors of Apricots were done [1-23].Within the frame work of a plan, the amount of Vitamin D2(Ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) in greenhouse andordinary Apricots were compared together, respectively. Нen, wemade them pass through vacuum and collected the passed solutionfrom High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) columnsand read them using some spectroscopic techniques such asAttenuated Total ReflectDnce Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR), FT-Raman and UV-Vis spectroscopies (Figures 1-5). Inthis regard, Dіer providing the passive sample and also example andstandard samples, we presented their standard curves and reported theamount of their Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3(Cholecalciferol), respectively. Aіer that, the results were analyzedusing Mathematica 10. Нe results of regression method show thismethod possesses all of characteristics of proceed method, completely.Нrough comparing these two kinds of Apricots (green house andordinary Apricots) together, it can be concluded that there is nostriking diوٴerence between the amount of Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol)and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) in the two kinds of Apricots.Нerefore, as a nutrient recommendation for consumers, we cannotbelieve in any diوٴerences between them due to the amount of VitaminD2(Ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).
