Management of Spasticity in Cerebral Palsy Children with Early Intervention and Functional Physical Therapy

[摘要] Early intervention and functional physical therapy is animportant key for the initial treatment and preventionof contracture in cerebral palsy children. It also reducesfurther complications in the management of spasticity. Theinterdisciplinary approach is needed to counter spasticityand early motor development. It should be initiated as earlyas possible, around 3 months when the age where the childholds his neck stability or as weight‑bearing starts in childrenby 6 months to 1 year.
