An efficient and convenient protocol for the synthesis of optically active [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole derivatives containing L-amino acid moieties

[摘要] New triazolothiadiazoles bearing L -amino acid moieties were synthesized by reaction of 4-amino-5-phenoxy-4 H -1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol with L -amino acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride.
