An efficient synthesis of 2-amino-5-chloro-3-pyridinecarbox-aldehyde and 5-amino-2-chloro-4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde
[摘要] Efficient synthetic routes to the title compounds 2-amino-5-chloro-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde (1a) and 5-amino-2-chloro-4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde (1b) are reported. Both compounds are important substrates in the synthesis of naphthyridine derivatives.
