Synthesis, regiochemistry and molecular structure of spiro[2,2′]indane-1′,3′-dione-pyrrolizidine compounds
[摘要] Spiro[2,2′]indane-1′,3′-dione-3-methoxycarbonyl-3-methylpyrrolizidine (compound A ) and spiro[2,2′]indane-1′,3′-dione-3-( o -chlorophenyl)-4-nitropyrrolizidine (compound B ) were synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition with different regioselectivity. The two compounds were characterized by NMR, MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. Compound A crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P2 (1)/n, with unit cell dimensions a=10.204(6) Å, b=14.888(9) Å, and c=10.750(6) Å, α=90.00° β=95.081(6)°, γ=90.00° and Z=4. Compound B crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P-1 , with unit cell dimensions a=7.6074(4) Å, b=9.7454(5) Å, and c=12.6538(7) Å, α=85.313(2)°, β=84.217(2)°, γ=86.571(2)° and Z=2.
