Synthesis of indazolo[5,4-b][1,6]naphthyridine and indazolo[6,7-b][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives
[摘要] A simple method for the synthesis of the title compounds by an efficient in-situ reduction and cyclization reactions of aromatic aldehydes, tert -butyl 2,4-dioxopiperidine-1-carboxylate and 5-nitro-1 H -indazole or 6-nitro-1 H -indazole was developed.
