3-Carboxy-1-sulfopyridin-1-ium chloride ([CPySO3H]+Cl−): an efficient catalyst for one-pot synthesis of hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamides
[摘要] 3-Carboxy-1-sulfopyridin-1-ium chloride ([CPySO 3 H] + Cl − ) was synthesized and evaluated as a recoverable catalyst for one-pot synthesis of hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamide derivatives by a four-component reaction of an arylaldehyde, dimedone, acetoacetanilide and ammonium acetate. The [CPySO 3 H] + Cl − catalyst was characterized by infrared (IR), 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13 C NMR, elemental analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).
