[摘要] Most of the dental research in India is done during the post graduation. Due to compulsory requirement of partial fulfillment for degree of Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), approximately each dental college has 20 dissertations with amean average of 4,000–8,000 dissertations submitted per year. What is the outcome of this all vital energy of postgraduate students for nation building? Almost nil.
