[摘要] As I take over the editorial responsibility, I welcome you all to Journal of International Clinical Dental Research Organization (JICDRO) — An exclusive Journal for the Science of Periodontology, Endodontics, Oral Implantology and their allied subjects. A reading mind is a healthy mind, which, when reads, and practices regularly, opens up a window to a whole new world, outside our own. It embarks on a journey, which is through the eyes of others, in different shoes with a new perspective, to explore and learn. It is this mind which accepts, blends, settles, and flows. It is this mind which learns giving gracefully and accepting humbly. It is this mind which helps us mix indepth knowledge of contributors/authors with the experience of qualified editorial board regularly with personal essays that intends presenting the professional world of dentistry, evolving practices, experiences and a whole gamut of issues which seek attention by the fraternity and researchers.
